Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may return any non-customized product that is still factory sealed within 30 days upon receiving it. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, ZiiGaat will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly, which may include an exchange, replacement, or repair service. Please contact support@ziigaat.com within 30 days. If you do not receive a reply via email within 3 working days, please contact us via our website.

7-Day Return Policy

For products that have been opened within the first 7 days upon delivery, a restocking fee (35% of the item’s retail value) will be charged if returned. This applies even if the product is still functional. Please contact support@ziigaat.com to process your request. After receiving and checking that the item is in good condition, we will reimburse 65% of the original amount paid to the payment method used (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 working days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by PayPal or your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (including faceplate designs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Items such as carry cases, cables, ear tips, and other accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • CIEMs (Custom In-Ear Monitors): Customers experiencing discomfort should notify us within 1 month of receiving the product. A one-time free re-fit service will be provided, requiring a new set of ear impressions and approval based on photographs. Re-shell service from CIEM to UIEM is not available.

Incorrect / Missing Items Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents and ensure the package is in good condition before signing for it. We strongly advise customers to take an unboxing video of their sealed parcel and packaging when opening their products.
If any item is incorrect or missing, please send an email to support@ziigaat.com with:

  1. A clear subject title.

  2. Your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Photos and an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and packaging details.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. For incorrect products, ZiiGaat will decide whether the wrong item needs to be returned.


Warranty Policy

Definition of Warranty

Warranty is defined as ZiiGaat’s written promise to repair or replace a faulty product caused by manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage is not applicable under certain circumstances (see below).

Warranty Period

  • 1-Year Warranty: ZiiGaat provides a 1-year warranty for our products (excluding carry cases, ear tips, and other accessories).

  • 3-Month Warranty: Cables and adapters come with a 3-month warranty.

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@ziigaat.com. If you do not receive a reply within 3 working days, please check with us via our website.

Defective Products

ZiiGaat Warranty covers factory defects that affect the product’s proper functionality. It does not cover human-caused damage such as accidental breakage, negligence, improper installation, or modifications.

To report a defective product:

  1. Send an email to support@ziigaat.com with a clear subject title.

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos and videos showing the defect.

  4. If the provided evidence is insufficient, we may request additional proof.

Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (if applicable). In some cases, you may be required to return the defective unit to ZiiGaat.

ZiiGaat will cover the shipping costs for defective products reported within 7 days upon delivery, provided the issue is proven through video/photos. If a full refund is requested, ZiiGaat will not cover shipping costs. After 7 days, customers must ship the defective product back at their own expense for assessment. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover repair/replacement and return shipping (excluding local tax/import fees).

Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not apply when:

  • Damage is caused by accidents, user negligence, water damage, modifications, or improper handling.

  • Products were received as giveaways or prizes.

  • Products were not purchased from https://www.ziigaat.com (e.g., items purchased from AliExpress, Amazon, local dealers, or crowdfunding campaigns should be handled through the respective sellers).

  • Normal wear and tear over time, including cosmetic changes like color fading.

  • Users fail to follow the User Guide or provided safety instructions.

  • Products are used commercially.

  • Items are exposed to poor weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • The product is lost or stolen.

Limited Warranty Coverage

For heavily discounted items (40% or more off retail price) or review units, warranty coverage is limited. A faulty product with a manufacturing issue may still be repaired if it is under warranty, but:

  • Customers must cover shipping fees.

  • Repair fees may apply if the issue is determined to be due to user mismanagement.

  • If necessary, ZiiGaat will confirm repair fees with the manufacturer before proceeding.
